SHIPPING POLICY
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your order has been placed.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes We offer the following shipping options:
- Domestic: Standard Shipping — estimated 3–7 business days
- International: Standard Shipping — estimated 7–21 business days depending on the destination country
Please note that some items may be fulfilled and shipped directly from our supplier, which may result in slightly longer delivery times.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your order through the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. StyleFusion has no control over these charges.
Shipping Restrictions We currently ship to South Africa and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, unfortunately we are unable to ship to your location at this time.
Delays & Exceptions Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs processing, public holidays, weather conditions, or courier disruptions. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us at support@styleinternationale.com with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
