1. Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • In the original packaging

  • With tags attached (if applicable)

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale or clearance items

  • Personal care products

  • Intimate wear / underwear / swimwear (if hygiene seal is broken)

  • Customized or personalized products

3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number. We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

  • Shipping fees are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong size/product (subject to stock availability).

6. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our mistake or a faulty item

  • We recommend using a tracked courier service, as we are not responsible for lost return parcels

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
